Cookie Policy
Two session cookies and one animation flag. That is the entire list.

01Our approach
This platform uses the smallest possible number of cookies. We set no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels and no cross-site profiling identifiers.
02Cookies we set
All cookies below are strictly necessary — the platform cannot function without them, so they are set without a consent banner as permitted under ePrivacy rules.
- ydf_applicant_session — keeps you signed in to the delegate or team portal. HTTP-only, same-site, expires after seven days or on sign-out.
- ydf_staff_session — keeps administrators signed in to the back office. HTTP-only, same-site, revocable server-side at any time.
03Browser storage
We use one sessionStorage entry, ydf:intro-seen, to remember that you have already watched the opening animation so it is not replayed on every page. It contains no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
04What we do not use
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, session recording or heat-mapping tools.
05Third-party embeds
The venue page embeds a map from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when loaded. That embed is confined to the venue page, and Google’s own privacy policy governs it.
06Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking our session cookies will prevent you from signing in to the portal or the administrative back office.
